Taste and texture is everything when it comes to desserts and baking. I believe that eating something sweet should always be an enjoyable experience, so the extra calories have to be worth every bite! I therefore like to pack lots of flavour into all my creations with high quality ingredients and natural flavours.
I am a classically trained pastry chef having graduated in pâtisserie from the prestigious culinary arts school, Le Cordon Bleu, and have worked in top London restaurants for the likes of The Wolseley and The Modern Pantry.
I also test recipes and assist on photo shoots for consumer magazines, broadcast outlets and publishing houses, including Waitrose Kitchen, Good Food, olive, Good Housekeeping, Woman & Home, This Morning and Anova Publishing.
The Lotus Bakery is a 5-star hygiene rated food business registered with Rutland County Council, and I personally hold the necessary qualifications in food safety for all catering purposes.
